No, that isn't a mistake in the title of this article. You can indeed surf the Internet without moving from MS Outlook!
Follow the steps below to learn how:
- You will first need to do is display the Web toolbar by clicking on View | Toolbars | Web or by right-clicking on an open space on your existing toolbars and selecting Web.
- To visit a site on the Web, simply enter a url, such as www.carolscorneroffice.com and tap your Enter key.
- Immediately, your main screen will become a browser, but fret not, your Outlook Bar/Navigation Pane is still visible on the left as always. Simply click in the Outlook Bar/Navigation Pane to return to whichever Outlook function you like, as you normally would.
I know a lot of folks who keep their favorite stock market information available to them all day in this manner and I am sure you will find it to be a handy resource as well.
When you become a member at CarolsCornerOffice.com, you have access to this and many, many more articles that include screenshots. Don't delay: visit us today!
