Create a Screen Saver from your Presentation: MS Powerpoint

Have you ever received a PowerPoint presentation in an e-mail and you thought to yourself, "boy, would I like to have that picture for my screensaver?"

Well now you can. All you have to do is follow these steps (with PowerPoint 2002 and 2003):

1. Open your PowerPoint presentation.
    
2. Click on File | Save As and choose gif or jpg.
    
3. Choose My Pictures folder to contain what you are saving.
    
4. Click OK.
    
5. Accept, when prompted, to export every slide.
    
6. Close your presentation.
    
7. Go to your desktop.
    
8. Right click with your mouse and choose Properties | Screen Saver | My Pictures Slideshow.
    
9. Browse for the presentation you have just saved as .gif in the dropdown list.
    
10. Click on Apply.
     
11. Click OK.
