You Can Have a List of your Favorite Styles in MS Word

You may have MS Word so customized that you only use a limited number of styles in your documents. If that is the case, wouldn't it be nice if you didn't have to scroll through all the styles associated with your Word document? Create Quick Notes with Word Pad

Some folks use note pads or Post Its to jot down quick notes to themselves and save them on their desk or stick them to their monitor. Find and Replace Across All Pages In MS Excel

There will always be a time when you need to do a find and replace on every spreadsheet in your MS Excel Workbook. Of course, you could do each find and replace separately but we all know I don't roll that way. I love to save time and keystrokes! One of my subscribers, Greg, wrote me to say that he had a document and wanted his company logo on the first page of his document but not in the subsequent pages. Watermarks in MS Word 2002 and 2003

In previous versions of MS Word, it was a bit tedious and difficult to add a watermark to your document, but starting with version 2002 and 2003 it couldn't be easier! Moving Cells in MS Excel

Ever enter your data into the wrong cell in your spreadsheet? I know I've done that a couple of hundred times or so. If you get distracted as easily as I do, I am happy to tell you that there is a quick and easy method to move that data to the ... proper cell.
